Fast Dolphin kicks underwater streamline

This exercise just drives home the point that dolphin kicking works better when done quickly and when already traveling at high speed. Go deeper underwater than usual, push off, and dolphin kick off the wall as far and as fast as possible before surfacing to breathe. Novices will typically not go deep enough before pushing off and try to “kick down” to stay underwater. Those who have accordion legs will come to a stop almost instantly.
